I would like to thank Mr. J.C. Massey for his tireless efforts in helping my wife and I find a new home. We are a military family being assigned to Fort Hood for the first time. He made our transition to the area easier than we ever imagined with his professional and friendly demeanor. In avery short period of time he was able to place us in the perfect home at a very affordable price.

This was a first time home purchase for my wife and I. We really had no idea where to begin. I saw Mr. Massey's advertisement in the Army Times and gave him a call. I called many other agents as well who either never returned my calls, or seemed unwilling to address my concerns. J.C. not only took the time to answer my questions, but he e-mailed me useful information about the Killeen area, including school locations, home price ranges, proximity to Fort Hood, and other vital demographic information. Of particular use was a packet he mailed to us detailing the process of buying a home. Under no obligation whatsoever, he sent information about pitfalls to be aware of when selecting an agent, who all the player were in a purchase, and the roles each of them played. He made it very clear that a home purchase is the biggest investment a family can make, and it was obvious that he wanted to be sure that we were dealt with fairly and had the information we needed to make the right choices.

Our situation was particulary difficult because we lived out of state, and only had a few days to visit Texas to find a home. My wife and I were very doubtful we'd be able to find a house in out price range in such a short period of time without compromising in other areas. J.C. reasured us that it was possible, and took the time to get to know us and find out just what we wanted in a home. Not only did it prove to be possible, but remarkably easy and stress free. Amazingly, the very first home he showed us turned out to be the perfect home for my family. What we thought was a needle in a haystack, Mr. Massey was able to find in a matter of hours. He has a tremendous knowledge of the Killeen/Fort Hood area, and a unique ability to quickly decipher just what a family is looking for in a home and neighborhood.

In only three days my wife and I found ourselves purchasing a home we would have never though possible. Throughout the process, J.C. answered all of our many questions with patience and professionlism. He is a talented communicator, able to explain very confusing information information in understandable terms. He ensured we were given all information in an objective manner, and that we completelyunderstood the decisions we were making. We were given detailed information about all costs involved in buying a home, both immediate and long term. We felt he was truly looking out for our best interests the entire time. Additionally, his efforts did not stop when we closed on our house, as he continued to check on our home until we moved in a few months later. Every step of the way J.C. personally ensured we were taken care of. Not once did we feel pressured for any reason, and his frendly approach put us at ease the entire time.

We are convinced J.C. Massey was directly responsible for for the ease with which my wife and I found our dream home in such a short period of time, and at such an affordable price. What we imagined would be a tedious and confusing process, turned out to be enjoyable and very rewarding. We are grateful for J.C.'s assistance and hard work, and consider ourselves to have made a frend in the process.

I sent J.C. an e-mail message from Germany requesting information on homes in the area. J.C. responded with-in-minutes of my message and with more information than I had hoped for. J.C. also sent me a report about how to buy a home in the area. We were kemp informed about the progress of our loan as our home was being built while I was in school. J.C. also e-mailed photos of our home at each stage of building. J.C. went out of his way to insure that everything we wanted was done to include having extra insulation put in the home. At last school was over and we were back in Killeen. We met with J.C. and the builder,did our finald inspection. I would recommend J.C. I would like to thank Mr. J.C. Massey for helping me and my two young children find our new home. My co-worker and friend Mrs. LaMisha Stinson, who also bought her house with Mr. Massey, referred Mr. Massey to me. J.C. Massey was referred to us from a friend at church. After we met with him, We knew that J.C. was the agent to help us find our home. I had been looking in the paper and around in other places for houses for quite some time and came across an add for Realty Executives. I came in and talked to J.C. and immediately knew he was the one who would find us our house. He took me out that day and showed me some houses.
